What’s Love?

Valentine’s Day has passed and many are still feeling love’s hangover.  There are 7 different classifications for love.  Which did you experience?  Which did you express?  Join me exploring love, and what it means.

 

Kinds of Love:

1. Eros - Romantic, committed love
2. Philia - Friendship or brotherly love (Specifically used in the Bible)
3. Storge - Familial, parental love towards a child.
4. Agape - Perfect love (Specifically used in the Bible)
5. Ludus - Uncommitted love, flirtatious
6. Pragma - Founded on reason, duty, or completion of shared goals
7. Philautia - Self love
